Dear Kingdom Giant,
I trust this email finds you well.
We have reached the midpoint of the year- a timely moment not merely to measure progress, but to examine purpose.
Many people review their goals based on results alone. As believers, however, we are called to evaluate something even deeper: our faithfulness. Success is not simply about how much you have achieved, but how faithfully you have stewarded the opportunities, gifts, and responsibilities God has entrusted to you.
Ask yourself:
Have I grown spiritually as much as I have pursued my career?
Have I worked with excellence, integrity, and diligence, even when no one was watching?
Have I been a light in my workplace through my character, words, and service?
If your answer is “not as much as I hoped,” do not be discouraged. Midyear is not an endpoint; it is an opportunity for recalibration. God is not looking for perfection. He is looking for willing hearts that remain teachable and committed.
Take time this week to revisit your goals. Eliminate distractions. Strengthen your daily walk with God. Invest in learning a new skill. Deepen relationships with people who sharpen your faith and your leadership. Most importantly, approach the second half of the year with renewed discipline and expectation.
Remember, the quality of your future is determined by the decisions you make today. Small acts of consistent obedience often produce extraordinary results over time.
As Scripture reminds us:
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9 (KJV)
May this next half of the year find you wiser, stronger, more productive, and more deeply rooted in Christ. Continue to serve with excellence, lead with humility, and trust that God can do far more with your faithfulness than you could ever accomplish through talent alone.
